Dickinsfield is a friendly neighbourhood in northeast Edmonton, Alberta. It consists of the Evansdale and Northmount neighbourhoods which are known for their calmness compared to other parts around town!
The area, a place called Dickinsfield Junior High School and the extended care center in its namesake are all named after Clennell Haggerston “Punch” Dickin’s many adventures as an aviator. Located in northeast Edmonton, the Dickinsfield area is bounded by 97 Street (Highway 28) to the west, 137 Avenue to the south, 82 Street to the east, and 153 Avenue to the north. The area is bisected by 144 Avenue.
There are two shopping malls in Dickinsfield. The first one – North Town center – you come across on your way into the neighbourhood from the southwest corner of Northmount, which houses both shops and housing for those who work in nearby offices or businesses along137 Avenue. A short walk further down 137th Street will lead you directly onto southbound Bow Trail Road where there’s another mall called Dickinsfield Mall. Source: Wikipedia

Services We Provide
Visitor Visas
Single entry visa is perfect if you only need to visit Canada once. After that, however, it becomes necessary for visitors to apply and receive a new permit before entering the country again. The multiple-entry visas available nowadays offer much more flexibility – they last 10 years.
We at LIVIN Immigration Services & Consulting are always happy to help our clients with their Canadian visa applications. Whether you need an original or temporary visitors’s card, we’ve got it all!
Labour Market Impact Assessment
The LMIA is a complicated document that attest to the need for foreign workers in your country. If you want one, consult with an immigration consultant who can help gather all necessary supporting materials and ensure there aren’t any errors on this part of it so as not be disqualified before hiring them!
They will help you gather the necessary documentation and ensure that your application is complete. Once your LMIA is approved, you can proceed with hiring your foreign worker.
Study Permit
When you apply for your study permit, make sure that it’s clear which program or courses will help prepare towards the profession of choice. It may also be beneficial to have credentials from previous educational programs in other countries if they are relevant and could supplement what is already known about Canadian education standards!
The best way to get a study permit in Canada is with LIVIN. We’ll walk you through all of the steps so that your documents are processed efficiently and quickly, without any hassle or stress!
Work Permit
Most work permits issued in Canada are employer-specific. Employers can apply for an employers’ specific visa without going through LMIA process, but this will limit their ability of staffing up since they would need new employees from abroad or existing workers extending his/her stay in Canada beyond what was originally planned.
Whether you’re an employer or employee, LIVIN Immigration has the experience to make your Canadian work permit application easy. We have helped both employers and employees grow our economy in Canada by providing them with successful results time after time!
Family Sponsorship
Sponsorship of a family member in Canada comes with some obligations for the sponsor. The Canadian citizen or permanent resident who signs this agreement promises to take care and provide support by covering the basic needs of the person, including their needs in food, clothing and healthcare, where it’s not covered by the public health services.
Deciding to sponsor your loved one is the perfect opportunity for them to start your new life in Canada together with you. We’ll take care of every step in this process, so they can have a higher chance at approval!
Permanent Residence (PR)
As soon as your immigration status becomes permanent, it’s time to enjoy all the benefits! You’ll be able to work and study legally in Canada. You are eligible to get your social benefits just as Canadian citizens, including healthcare coverage. You can apply for Canadian citizenship when you reach the 3-year residency milestone as a Permanent Resident.
If you decide to become a naturalized Canadian citizen, you will need to meet certain residency requirements and pass a citizenship test. However, as a permanent resident, you are already well on your way to enjoying all that Canada has to offer.
Canadian Citizenship
The Canadian government requires that you have been in Canada for at least 3 years (1,095 days) before signing an application. They also encourage people to apply with more than the required amount if they’re worried about problems during calculation because it could save time and money later on!
We’ll keep you updated about the status of your application. We know how important it is to be informed, and we take every step in our process seriously so that no one feels left out or ignored when they are applying for something as complex a Canadian citizen!
Our Process
The application process is pretty straightforward and consists of 6 major steps:
- We learn more about you and your immigration plans and determine your eligibility
- If you’re eligible, we carefully research the correct path for you
- We are completing your immigration application
