Work Permit

The process of applying for a work permit can be complicated, but it’s important to make sure that all the necessary documentation is in order. Most work permits issued in Canada are employer-specific. Family Sponsorship

The Family Class Sponsorship Program helps Canadian citizens and permanent residents to bring their loved ones back home by providing them with financial support, settlement assistance for self-sufficiency. As a sponsor you should be 18 years old or older; have lived in Canada at least one year before applying (and not failing previous sponsorship obligations) and meet certain income requirements.

Sponsorship of a family member in Canada comes with some obligations for the sponsor. The Canadian citizen or permanent resident who signs this agreement promises to take care and provide support by covering the basic needs of the person, including their needs in food, clothing and healthcare, where it’s not covered by the public health services.

Permanent Residence (PR)

Permanent residence is the most common status given to foreign nationals who are legally allowed in Canada. As a Canadian permanent resident, your rights and obligations will nearly be identical with those of citizens but there could still some limitations.

As soon as your immigration status becomes permanent, it’s time to enjoy all the benefits! You’ll be able to work and study legally in Canada. You are eligible to get your social benefits just as Canadian citizens, including healthcare coverage. You can apply for Canadian citizenship when you reach the 3-year residency milestone as a Permanent Resident.

If you decide to become a naturalized Canadian citizen, you will need to meet certain residency requirements and pass a citizenship test. However, as a permanent resident, you are already well on your way to enjoying all that Canada has to offer.

Canadian Citizenship

If you are planning on becoming a citizen of Canada, it is important that all the information in your application form has been verified. If there’s anything missing or incorrect with what was input then processing may be delayed due to verification efforts, which could lead up preventing citizenship for yourself and/or family members.

The Canadian government requires that you have been in Canada for at least 3 years (1,095 days) before signing an application. They also encourage people to apply with more than the required amount if they’re worried about problems during calculation because it could save time and money later on!

We’ll keep you updated about the status of your application. We know how important it is to be informed, and we take every step in our process seriously so that no one feels left out or ignored when they are applying for something as complex a Canadian citizen!

Our Process

The application process is pretty straightforward and consists of 6 major steps:

  1. We learn more about you and your immigration plans and determine your eligibility
  2. If you’re eligible, we carefully research the correct path for you
  3. We are completing your immigration application
  4. We are submitting the required paperwork
  5. We are updating you on your application progress
  6. We celebrate your success!
